Dear Roger,

Now that your remodel of our home has been completed, we wanted to take a moment to say “Thank you” for a job well done. We can truly say that working with you and your construction team was a pleasant experience, made easier by your depth of concern for our total satisfaction.

Having heard innumerable stories about conflicts between home owners and contractors, we naturally were leery of engaging in the type of major remodel we had in mind, but, from start to finish, we felt secure in both the type and quality of work you and your people performed.

In particular, you are to be complimented for your ability to deal with the multitude of details our project required, from the smallest to the largest.

Rest assured, Roger, that we not only will heartily recommend you when the occasion arises, but, in addition, you will be our first and only choice for our own future work. By the way, our friends and neighbors have been duly impressed with our “new home,” and that, too, is a source of satisfaction to us.
